Attorney Jennifer Stone Ashburn, the Firm’s founder, has practiced law in the state of South Carolina since 2004. Ms. Ashburn began her career as a law clerk for the Honorable Margaret B. Seymour in the United States District Court in Columbia, South Carolina. Since then, she has gained a broad range of experience working with corporate clients as both outside counsel and in-house counsel.  Ms. Ashburn has represented clients and appeared in state and federal courts throughout South Carolina. Her representation focuses on working as part of a team to determine the most efficient and effective course of action for her clients.

Ms. Ashburn provides legal services in the areas of corporate defense litigation and banking.  She is admitted to practice in South Carolina and New York, and has been admitted to practice in the following federal courts: United States District Court of South Carolina, Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.

Ms. Ashburn is Past President of the Central South Carolina Habitat for Humanity Board of Directors and previously served as Chair of the Habitat for Humanity Wills Clinics Committee, which provides wills and other legal assistance to Habitat homeowners across the state.  She also serves on the South Carolina Bankers Association Legislative and Compliance Committees.  She was appointed by Governor Nikki Haley to the eGovernment Oversight Committee.
